Application Description:
Applications have been received for an Official Plan Amendment and Zoning By-law Amendment to facilitate the development of five (5) on-street townhouse dwellings fronting Tanbark Road, and one (1) single-detached dwelling fronting York Road. The Official Plan Amendment proposes to redesignate the subject lands from “Low Density Residential” to site-specific “Medium Established Residential” to permit the proposed density of the development. The Zoning By-law Amendment proposes to rezone the Subject Lands from Residential 1 (R1) Zone to a Site-specific Residential Multiple (RM1) to accommodate the proposed townhouse dwellings, and site-specific Residential 1 (R1) Zone to accommodate the proposed single detached dwelling. Site-specific provisions are proposed for lot area, lot frontage, lot coverage, front, rear and exterior side yard setbacks, building height and garage width.
