  The Guide is a cherished publication that the Town loves to utilize to showcase our wonderful community groups, programs, and activities. Its content encompasses services and programs, including essential Town information, details on recreation and leisure activities, community groups and associations, religious services, facilities, tourism, culture, arts, and so much more!

  If your activity falls within any of the following categories or takes place within a Town-owned building or facility, you're eligible for free inclusion in the Guide:

  • Local Museums
  • Religiously Affiliated Activities
  • Health Services
  • Non-Profit Organizations

  Let us handle the design!

  Want to advertise in the Community Guide but don’t have an ad designer? We’ve got you covered! For an additional flat fee of $150, we will design your ad for you. All we need is for you to provide us with the necessary details for your ad, including your business name, contact information, website, address, and any images or logos you would like included.

  Check the box labelled “Have the Town design your advertisement” while submitting your advertisement request through our form.

  No Show Fee

  Please note that backing out of advertising for the Fall/Winter Community Guide after the date of July 29, 2026, will result in a fee of 25% of the original ad cost, and your ad space will be given to another potential advertiser.
