Notice of Municipal Budget Adoption
Pursuant to Section 290 of the Municipal Act, 2001, as amended, notice is hereby given that Council of the Corporation of the Town of Niagara-on-the-Lake intends to adopt the 2026 Municipal Budget at the Special Council Meeting on December 2, 2025, commencing at 5:30 p.m.
Members of the public are welcome to attend the meeting at Council Chambers (1593 Four Mile Creek Road, Virgil) or watch the livestream of the meeting on the Town's website.
The proposed 2026 budget, including the budget by-law and user fees, will be included on the agenda, available by the end of the day on November 27 on the Town's website.
This shall serve as public notice should the adoption of the 2026 budget be deferred to a future meeting, and shall serve as public notice for any future amendments to the 2026 Municipal Budget.
