Community Guide Advertisement Request Form

The Town's Community Guide offers a space for businesses to advertise directly to a local audience. The Guide is published bi-annually and distributed online through the Town's website and social media, as well as printed and offered at Town facilities.

Please be aware that advertising spaces will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, and availability is limited.

If you're interested in requesting multiple advertisements, kindly complete a separate form for each advertisement you'd like to place.

Important: Please ensure that the submitted artwork is a minimum of 300 dpi, with a quarter-inch bleed. File types excepted include: pdf, jpg, png, ai, psd, svg.

Have the Town design your advertisement ($150)

For an additional flat fee, the Town will design your ad for you.

I acknowledge that if I fail to submit a finalized advertisement graphic for the Fall/Winter guide before the date of July 29, 2026, or back out of advertising after the date of February 16, 2026, I will be charged a fee of 25% of the original ad cost and my ad space will be given to another potential advertiser.
