Town Council is here to help! There’s no ward system in Niagara-on-the-Lake, so residents and community members are welcome to contact any Member of Council with questions, suggestions, or concerns.

If you would like to have a flag raising at Town Hall, please fill out the form below.
Please note that we appreciate receiving your request at least six weeks in advance of your celebration. Please deliver your flag to Town Hall (Attn: LM Office, 1593 Four Mile Creek Road, Virgil) at least two weeks prior to the date of the flag raising.
The Town's policy is that flags stay up for a maximum of two weeks with the option of extension on the discretion of the Lord Mayor’s office and the availability of the flag pole.Flag raisings are not civic endorsements and the Town only considers historical proclamations.
A member from the Lord Mayor's office will contact you to confirm the date and time.
Town Pin requests will be considered for charitable organizations, local conferences, sports teams, and youth traveling abroad. Please fill out the form below. We appreciate receiving your request at least two weeks in advance.
Requests for more than 15 pins must approved by the Executive Assistant to the Lord Mayor and Chief Administrative Officer.
All pins shall be picked up at Town Hall (1593 Four Mile Creek Road, Virgil, ON) unless alternate arrangements are made with the Lord Mayor's office. Please note in the "other information" section if you are unable to pick up the pins.Congratulatory certificates are provided to individuals, groups, businesses and other organizations in the Town of Niagara-on-the-Lake to commemorate anniversaries, birthdays, milestone occasions, official openings and other special honours.
