- Rentals are available from 6:30 a.m. to 12:30 a.m. daily.
- Prime Time Rates: Apply from 4:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. on weekdays and all day on weekends.
- Non-Prime Time Rates: Apply from 6:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., and 11:00 p.m. – 12:30 p.m. on weekdays.

The historic Court House on Queen Street, which was constructed in the 1850s, is available for rent from mid-October to mid-March. Two halls, the Grand Hall, and the John Drope Hall are ideal for weddings, receptions, and meetings.
