Detailed information will be sent by email to those registered one week before the start of camp. This email will outline items, such as drop-off and pick-up instructions, schedule breakdown, what to bring to camp, accident/incident protocol, and direct contact information.
Summer Day Camp 2026
The Town of Niagara-on-the-Lake’s Summer Day Camp is available for children ages 6-12. Camp is located at the Centennial Sports Park and Arena (1565 Four Mile Creek Road, Virgil). Camp is offered with full-week registration only, daily from 8:45 a.m. - 4:30 p.m., with extended care available at an additional cost. Each of the 10-weeks of summer will feature special themed activities, sports and games, outdoor splash pad and parks, swimming, crafts, and more!

Resident Registration: Monday, March 16 at 10:00 a.m.
Non-Resident Registration: Monday, March 23 at 10:00 a.m.
Weekly Registration Fee: Resident Rate: $197.75 | Non-Resident Rate: $225.25
Extended Care: 7:00 - 8:45 a.m. / 4:30 - 6:00 p.m. | $6.50 per use
Hot Lunch: Through service with The Lunch Lady, hot lunch can be ordered on Mondays and Fridays (optional – fees apply).
Multi-Child Discount: A 15% discount is available for families registering three or more children in the same Camp Week. This discount applies only to the third child and any additional children. The first and second children’s registrations are not eligible for the discount. Please contact 905-468-3266 ext. 401 or 402 to register using the discount.
Subsidy & Funding: Financial assistance is available through the Niagara Region to approved applicants, covering all or part of your child care costs. This flexible, fun-filled week is all about trying new things, making friends, and celebrating the start of summer. |
| Week 2: July 6 - 10 | Wizarding World of NOTL | Step into a world of magic and imagination! Campers will start the week by getting sorted into their houses, take part in wizard-themed crafts, and games throughout the week. From wand-making to magical obstacle courses, this creative theme encourages teamwork, problem-solving, and imaginative play in a fun camp setting. |

| Get ready to splash into summer fun! Campers will cool off with water games, pool time, water-themed activities, and special guest NOTL Fire Dept. Designed for hot summer days, this high-energy week keeps campers active, refreshed, and smiling while enjoying safe, supervised water play. |
| Week 4: July 20 - 24 | Messy Mayhem | It’s time to get messy! Campers will explore hands-on, sensory activities like slime-making, messy art, outdoor experiments, and playful challenges. This creative week encourages curiosity and fun through safe, supervised messy play—don’t forget clothes that can get dirty! |
| Week 5: July 27 - 31 | All Sorts of Sports
| Perfect for campers of all skill levels, this active week introduces a different sport or game each day. Partnering with NOTL Minor Lacrosse, Baseball and Soccer Club, campers will participate in team sports, skill challenges, and fun physical activities led by Minor Sport Coaches, Camp Staff, with an emphasis on teamwork, participation, and having fun. |
| Week 6: August 4 - 7 | Makers & Masterpieces (4-day) | A fun, hands-on week where campers build, design, and create using everyday materials! Daily outdoor maker challenges are paired with creative art projects, giving campers plenty of chances to experiment, collaborate, and show off their finished masterpieces. |
| Week 7: August 10 - 14 | Racquet Rally | Serve, swing, and rally! Partnering with NOTL Tennis, Spec Tennis and Pickleball Clubs, campers will participate in daily racquet sports, skill drills, and fun physical activities led by Club experts, camp Staff, with an emphasis on teamwork, participation, and having fun. |

Campers will take part in adventure-themed games, creative crafts, and team challenges inspired by tropical island survival and exploration. The week includes a special camp BBQ, making it a memorable mix of outdoor fun, teamwork, and summer celebration. |
