Application Description:
The application has been submitted to add permissions for an agricultural supply and service facility (agriculture-related use) by introducing site-specific provisions to facilitate the use on lands known municipally as 727 East and West Line.
The proposal requests to amend the existing “Rural (A) Zone” and rezone the portion currently zoned “Suburban Residential (RS)” under Town Zoning By-law 500A-74, as amended, to a Rural (A) Site Specific zone to permit the agricultural supply and service facility.
