Application Description:
Applications have been received for a Zoning By-law Amendment and Draft Plan of Vacant Land Condominium to permit the conversion of 10 existing single detached dwellings to a condominium development consisting of the existing dwelling units on a private road. The Zoning By-law Amendment proposes to rezone the subject lands to a Site Specific “Shoreline One Family Residential (RC),” with permissions for 10 single detached dwellings, and provisions related to lot area, front yard setbacks, interior and/or exterior side yard setbacks, and rear yard setbacks.
