The Town of Niagara-on-the-Lake is pleased to announce Mr. Ralph Walton as the Town’s new Town Clerk/Manager of Legislative Services, effective February 14, 2022.
As the Niagara-on-the-Lake Town Clerk, Ralph will oversee the Town’s provision of statutory and legislated service to Council and its Committees, as well as internal and external customers.
Ralph has many years of experience as a Clerk and working in and with municipal governments across Ontario. He has worked for various levels of government, including the Region of Durham, Region of Niagara, and the Ministry of Municipal Affairs and Housing.
With a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Toronto, a Public Administration Certificate and Strategy Program at Queens University, and membership within the Association of Municipal Managers, Clerks, and Treasurers of Ontario (AMCTO), Ralph’s extensive education, experience, and knowledge is sure to benefit the Town of Niagara-on-the-Lake.
