Digital Board Advertisement Request Form

Showcase your business on digital displays across Town facilities for high visibility year-round.

The Town has digital boards in four locations: Town Hall, the Niagara-on-the-Lake Community Centre, and the Centennial and Meridian Credit Union Arenas.

All four boards are located in the front lobby of each building and receive a high volume of daily traffic.

Details:

• Advertisement spaces can be reserved for a minimum of one month at a time.
• Your slide is displayed for a 15-second duration on a constant loop with other slides.
• Images and videos (no sound) can be used. File types include: jpg, png, svg, gif, mp4, and mov.
• If you are submitting a video or motion graphics, please note that there is no sound and the video can be no longer than 15 seconds.
• Minimum image and video file size: 1080 pixels wide by 1920 pixels high (aspect ratio 9:16).

Cost:

• Advertisements in one location are $200 per month.
• To place an advertisement in all four locations costs $600 per month.
• There is a one-time set-up fee of $200 for all advertisements.

Please be aware that advertising spaces will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, and availability is limited.
