"Moved by Councillor Norm Arsenault, seconded by Councillor Allan Bisback, that Council rise from closed session that considered matters that qualify under the Municipal Act 2001:

Closed meeting under Section 239(2)(b) personal matters about an identifiable individual, including municipal or local board employees, specifically related to the Chief Administrative Officer performance evaluation. The confidential record of such can be found with the Human Resources Generalist. "



5444-22 - A by-law to confirm the proceedings at the Council Meeting of the Corporation of the Town of Niagara-on-the-Lake on August 12, 2022.

"Moved by Councillor Clare Cameron, seconded by Councillor Norm Arsenault that leave be given to introduce By-law No. 5444-22 and that the same be considered read a first, second and third time and passed any ruling of this Council to the contrary notwithstanding."



"Moved by Councillor Norm Arsenault, seconded by Councillor Gary Burroughs, that this Council adjourn to the next regular meeting of August 29, 2022, and if a special meeting is required, it will be held at the call of the Lord Mayor. "
