Application Description:
The application has been submitted to facilitate the severance of the existing dwelling as a residence surplus to an agricultural operation on lands known municipally as 727 East and West Line. The remnant land is proposed to be used as an agricultural supply and service facility (agriculture-related use).
The Zoning By-law Amendment proposes to amend the “Rural (A) Zone” under Town Zoning By-law 500A-74, as amended, to add site-specific provisions to permit an ‘Agricultural Supply & Service Facility’ and to prohibit residential uses on the remnant lands.
