Following Council’s decision at its meeting on October 28, the Short Term Rental (STR) licensing freeze has been lifted, and all application types are now being accepted.
New Short Term Rental applications can be submitted online through the Town’s website. The $800 application fee must be paid in person before your application is reviewed.
Please note that licenses expiring on December 31, 2025, must have renewal applications, the $600 fee, and all required documents submitted before the expiry date. Licenses not renewed by this date will be considered invalid, and a new application and fee will be required.
