New Application Fee: $800
Renewal Application Fee: $600
The 2025 Short Term Rental room rate is $290 per room. 

Fees can be paid in person at the Town Administration Building (1593 Four Mile Creek Road, Virgil), via cash, debit, or cheque payable to the Town of Niagara-on-the-Lake (1593 Four Mile Creek Road, P.O. Box 100, Virgil ON, L0S 1T0).
Please note: Payment does not guarantee license approval.
