Application description:
An application has been received for a Zoning By-law Amendment on the subject lands (see location map). The application proposes to rezone the agricultural portion of the lands to an “Agricultural Purposes Only (APO) Site- Specific Zone” with permissions for the proposed lot configuration and to preclude the construction of a residential dwelling on the lands.
The application also proposes to rezone the residential portion of the subject lands to a “Rural (A) Site-Specific Zone” with provisions for the proposed lot frontage and accessory building height. The Zoning By-law Amendment is required to fulfill conditions of the ongoing consent to sever a proposed surplus farm dwelling application (Town File B-05/26).
