Mailing Address Change Form

Please fill out and submit the form below if one or more of the following statements applies to you. Note that mailing address changes can only be submitted by the property owner. 

1. I am unsure if the Town has my PO Box number on file. 
2. My mailing address recently changed. 
3. I recently moved. 

eSend - Start receiving your property tax bills and notices electronically.

eSend is an electronic service for those who wish to receive their property tax bill and notices from the Town by e-mail. To sign up, either complete the fillable eSend Authorization Form and attach it to an e-mail to donna.lake@notl.com, or print and complete the same form and submit the signed copy in person or by mail to 1593 Four Mile Creek Road, PO Box 100, Virgil ON L0S 1T0. When completing the form, include one e-mail address only per property.

Definitions: 

"Civic Address" - A civic address is the official number and street name that is assigned to a property, building or structure for identification and emergency dispatch purposes. It is a unique identifier for location purposes and does not include a postal code.

"Mailing Address" - A mailing address, sometimes different than your civic address, is used by Canada Post to sort and deliver communications to your location. It includes a postal code and may identify your location by an internal delivery route or post office box in place of, or in addition to, the civic address. In most cases, the street number and street name of one's mailing address is the same as their civic address.
