Application Description:
The proposal is to revise the Draft Plan of Vacant Land Condominium on the subject lands (Town File 26CD-18-20-02, approved by Town Council on September 26, 2022) to accommodate an additional three (3) dwelling units, for a total of nine (9) townhouse dwelling units on the property, to be accessed via a private roadway. The conservation lands at the rear of the property will continue to be protected through the requested application.
