MEN'S Chair-Fit is a structured chair fitness program for men aged 50+ in Niagara-on-the-Lake, focused on building strength, improving balance, and supporting everyday movement. This is a low-impact, chair-based workout with no floor work, making it accessible for beginners, those returning to fitness, or anyone looking for a safer, more stable way to exercise.
Classes target the outcomes that matter most with age: balance, mobility, and functional strength for daily life. Participants improve stability, reduce fall risk, and build confidence through simple, guided movements using the chair for support.
