Disc Golf

The Town of Niagara-on-the-Lake is pleased to announce the opening of a nine-hole ACEPLACE disc golf course next to the Community Centre. It is a great place for veteran players to practice their short game or for new players to try disc golf and have some fun.

This new course was made possible through a generous donation from Carole and Kurt Von Pasecky on behalf of the Niagara-on-the-Lake Rotary Club.  Thank you to the donors, the Niagara-on-the-Lake Rotary Club, Town Council, Staff, the disc golf course developer Darrell Bankes of Innova Disc Golf, and all those who helped bring disc golf to Niagara-on-the-Lake!

Take a break and play some disc golf!  The course hours are 7:00 a.m. - 10:00 p.m. and is free to play.

Discs are available for free rental at the Community Centre front desk and the Public Library during business hours. A First Aid kit and washrooms are also available inside the Community Centre.

Course Rules:

• Please be courteous and limit groups to five players
• Non-players have the right-of-way
• Never throw a disc when others are in range
• Allow fast playing groups to pass through
• Altering of shrubs, tree limbs or landscape is not allowed
• Roads, parking lot, bike paths and vineyards are out of bounds
• Yell "FORE" immediately for throws that may hit others
• Alcohol, drugs and smoking are prohibited
• Please do not enter private property to retrieve lost discs
• Respect the course and place all litter in the receptacles
