WHAT: Construction works required for the installation of new watermain and associated site services and appurtenances, along Concession 5 Road, Concession 7 Road, and Townline Road. The construction zones will be closed to through traffic, permitting access to local traffic and emergency services only. Detour signage will be implemented as required to direct traffic around the construction zones.
- Concession 5 Road (Between Line 7 Road and Queenston Road)
- Concession 7 Road (Between Queenston Road and York Road)
- Townline Road (Between Queenston Road and York Road)
WHEN: Mobilization and initial construction layout began on Wednesday, February 25, 2026, with construction works expected to commence Tuesday, March 3, 2026. All work is expected to take approximately 11 weeks to complete.
