Thanksgiving Holiday 2025 Hours

The Town of Niagara-on-the-Lake wishes everyone an enjoyable Thanksgiving long weekend spent with family and friends.

The Town Administration Building and Operations Building, Niagara-on-the-Lake Community Centre and Niagara-on-the-Lake Public Library are closed on Monday, October 13, 2025, to observe the Thanksgiving Holiday.

Looking for something to do this weekend?

Participate in Public Skating
The Meridian Credit Union Arena is open Saturday, Sunday, and Monday for public skating from 1:30 to 3:00 p.m. Find details about arena programming.

Attend the Drop-in Youth and Family Pickleball

Come out to the Community Centre Auditorium on Saturday, from 11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., to play pickleball. Learn more about youth and family programming.

Visit the Court House
This is the final weekend to visit the Court House, open 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Admission is free, and visitors can enjoy a self-guided experience exploring the building’s rich heritage.

The Court House will reopen for the Doors Open Ontario event on October 18, 2025, from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., offering another opportunity to experience this historic site.
