WHAT: In preparation for the Virgil Stampede, Lorraine Street, from just past the Post Office entrance to the street's dead end, will be accessible to pedestrian and local vehicular traffic only. On-street parking will not be allowed during this period.
WHEN: Friday, May 16, at 8:00 a.m. to Tuesday, May 20, at 5:00 p.m.
