WHAT: Construction works required for the reconstruction of Line 3 Road between Concession 3 Road and Concession 4 Road. The project includes roadway reconstruction and associated infrastructure improvements to enhance road condition, safety, drainage, and long-term performance. The project area will be subject to temporary traffic restrictions, including lane reductions and road closures as required. Access to local traffic and emergency services will be maintained wherever possible. Detour signage will be implemented as necessary to direct motorists around the construction zone.
WHEN: Mobilization and initial construction layout are anticipated to begin October 2026, with construction activities beginning shortly thereafter. The duration of construction is expected to take approximately 14 weeks to complete but may vary depending on weather conditions and site requirements. Further schedule updates will be provided as work progresses.
COMMUNICATION: Information regarding the project will be posted on the Town's website and social media channels, with resident notices delivered to affected properties. Additional project updates will be shared as key milestones are reached, and construction activities advance.
