Hot Mix Asphalt Road Resurfacing
Penner Street
WHAT: The Town’s contractor will be milling, making manhole adjustments, and conducting asphalt resurfacing on the following roads:
- Penner Street from Niagara Stone Road to Elden Street
- Penner Street from Elden Street to Four Mile Creek Road
Full road closures are not expected.
WHEN: This work is tentatively scheduled for the week of October 23, 2023, and will take approximately two days to complete, weather permitting.

Emergency Services have been informed of this project and have developed a plan to ensure emergency service to the properties in the area of the closure remains unaffected.
