UPDATE: Project Extension
WHAT: This project is taking place to improve drainage within the park area. Activities will include grading and installation of buried stormwater infrastructure. Nearby residents may experience disruption from construction equipment throughout the working day.
WHERE: All work will be completed at Balls Beach Park. Access to the park will be closed at the west end of Riverbeach Drive, the north end of Ball Street, the pathway entrance off Delater Street, and the pathway at the end of Lockhart Street.
WHEN: The closure will occur from Monday, November 14, to Wednesday, December 21, 2022 (weather permitting). All pathways accessing the park will be closed for this duration as well.
COMMUNICATION: Road and park closure signs will be posted in the areas affected. The Town will be updating the community through the Town’s website and social media channels.
