To support the Town's culture of customer service excellence and better serve Niagara-on-the-Lake residents and visitors, Town Staff is replacing the current website with a new website, designed by Upanup Studios Inc.
The new website is intended to be engaging, easy to use, and fully accessible, utilizing new and emerging technology to improve service levels and strengthen multimedia communication delivery methods.
Upanup Studios Inc. is a recognized expert in digital solutions for local governments and has extensive experience in municipal website design and creation.
"Staff is thrilled to see the development of a new website underway," stated CAO Marnie Cluckie. “Staff is looking forward to utilizing the new website to enhance the Town’s online services and improve upon the customer’s overall experience. Customer service excellence is always our goal, and Staff looks forward to applying this goal throughout the website development process.”
Upanup Studios Inc. has developed a Community Engagement Survey for public feedback that will contribute to the Town's website development. The survey will close on Thursday, October 21, 2021.
