Run For Niagara is an annual 5K Run and 2K Run or Walk held at the Niagara Floral Clock in Queenston, in support of Niagara Health Foundation. Every dollar raised stays in the region.
Check-in opens at 7:30 AM, the opening ceremony at 9:00 AM, the 5 KM Run starts at 9:30 AM, the 2 KM Run or Walk at 9:45 AM, and awards at 11:00 AM.
The 2 KM can be run or walked; families, strollers, and every pace are welcome. The 5 KM course is flat, fully supported, and has no time limit.
