WHAT: Construction of the Line 2 Road Reconstruction from Concession 6 Road to Niagara Stone Road. The work will consist of reconstructing the road, including new road base and asphalt, drainage improvements, sanitary sewer upgrades, sidewalks on both sides of the road, streetlighting enhancements and utility relocations as required. A full road closure will be in place for the duration of construction.
A detour route will be provided around the site for traffic. This closure is necessary due to the depth of the sewer.
WHEN: Mobilization and initial construction layout are expected to commence the week of June 22. The project duration is approximately 28 weeks.

Emergency Services have been informed of this closure and have developed a plan to ensure emergency services to the properties in the closure area remain unaffected.
COMMUNICATION: Information regarding the project will be posted to the Town’s website and social media accounts, with resident notices delivered to the affected properties.
