Application Description: 

The Applications propose to facilitate the development of a 5-storey hotel building with 111 rooms, a spa facility within an existing 3-storey building with associated structures, five (5) 3-storey residential buildings with a maximum of 270 residential units, and a total of 514 surface and underground parking spaces to accommodate all uses, with access via John Street East.

The Applications further seek to redesignate and rezone the lands to permit the proposed residential and commercial development. Site-specific provisions are requested for density, building and use size, setbacks, parking, and related development standards, with the Holding (H) provisions remaining until final Site Plan Approval is granted by the Town.
