Application Description: 

The Application seeks to rezone the lands from a “Rural (A) Zone” to site-specific “Rural (A)” and site specific “Agricultural Purposes Only (APO)” zones to facilitate the severance of the existing dwelling (Town Consent File B-06/26).
The amendment will include provisions to prohibit the construction of a residential dwelling on the agricultural portion of the land, to establish site-specific lot configurations for the agricultural parcel, and to recognize the existing minimum dwelling size on the residential portion.
