Barre Fit is a fitness class inspired by ballet technique, Pilates, and weight training. The class focuses on total body strength, mobility, and endurance using body weight, bands, and weights. This low-to-medium-impact class is suitable for all ages and fitness levels. Please bring a yoga mat.
