“All the world’s a stage, And all the men and women merely players; They have their exits and their entrances; And one man in his time plays many parts, His acts being seven ages.” As You Like It, Act II. Amateur dramatics without any stress. The group divvies up the parts, then reads the play out loud. All you need is a willingness to try it. We are a friendly group! The group enjoys reading two plays per season. Bring a copy of the play (any edition) if you can. The beauty of the language, the insights into human nature, the humour, compassion, intelligence and the scope of this work make it a treasure that you can return to again and again, finding something new each time.

For more information or to inquire about the current or upcoming plays we are reading, please email Jim Webber at jimweibo@hotmail.com.
