Need Help with Snow Shovelling This Winter?

If you or someone you know could use a helping hand with snow removal, we’re here to connect you with local volunteers.

How it works:

  1. Fill out our Snow Shovelling Assistance Request Form online or give us a call at 905-468-3266 ext. 0, and our friendly Customer Experience Representatives will help you complete the form.
  2. Once your request is submitted, we’ll reach out to our registered volunteers.
  3. A willing volunteer will contact you directly to arrange assistance.

Please note: while Town Staff will do their best to match requests with willing volunteers, assistance cannot be guaranteed. Additionally, the Town of Niagara-on-the-Lake is not liable for any actions, omissions, or outcomes related to the volunteer snow shovelling program.

We’re here to help make winter a little easier for everyone!
