Strategic planning is an organization's process of defining its vision, mission, and priorities and developing specific plans to implement the strategy and evaluate the results. Approved by Town Council on July 25, 2023, the 2022 - 2027 Strategic Plan and supporting Implementation Plan and Incidators of Sucess document serve as a guiding framework for the Town's strategic initiatives and operational decisions, providing a roadmap for achieving its goals and enhancing community well-being.
