Application Description:
The Application proposes to facilitate individual ownership of the 17 units in the approved three-storey apartment building, allowing units to be purchased rather than rented from a single owner. The land use was approved through Official Plan and Zoning By-law Amendments. A subsequent Zoning By-law Amendment removed the Holding (H) Symbol following review and approval of stormwater management through the conditionally approved Site Plan Application.
