Application Description:
The Official Plan Amendment proposes to redesignate a portion of the subject lands, on the east boundary of 200 John Street East, from “Agricultural” to “Low Density Residential,” and to establish a site-specific exception for the subject lands to establish primary and emergency access to the subject lands. No development on the subject lands is proposed through this application, and any future development will require the submission of applicable Planning Act applications.
