Application Description:
The application proposes to rezone the agricultural portion of the lands to an “Agricultural Purposes Only (APO) Site-Specific Zone” with permissions for the proposed lot configuration and to preclude the construction of a residential dwelling on the lands.
The application also proposes to rezone the residential portion of the subject lands to a “Rural (A) Site-Specific Zone” with provisions for the proposed reduced rear yard setbacks to the existing accessory structures (pool house and pool shed). The Zoning By-law Amendment is required to fulfill conditions of the ongoing consent to sever a proposed surplus farm dwelling
application (Town File B-07/26).
