Application Description:
The application proposes to construct a single detached dwelling at the rear of the property with a separate driveway entrance from Four Mile Creek Road. The existing commercial operation and associated parking will remain.
The Zoning By-law Amendment proposed to amend the existing “Village Commercial (VC) Zone” under Town Zoning By-law 4316-09, as amended, to add site-specific provisions to support the proposed plan layout. The rear of the property is proposed to be rezoned to “Open Space (OS) Zone” to protect the existing creek, hazard slope and their associated buffers from future development.
