OFFICIAL PLAN AMENDMENT AND ZONING BY-LAW AMENDMENT – APPLICATIONS WITHDRAWN – The applications for an Official Plan Amendment and a Zoning By-law Amendment to facilitate the development of a hotel containing 58 guest rooms, and an event space within an existing wine production building, as secondary uses to the Strewn Estate Winery, have both been withdrawn by the applicant. The applications are now closed and will not move forward. The application materials have been removed from the Town’s website. Public Notice signs will be removed from the property.
