Taiji Flow:  Mondays 9:00 a.m. - 10:00 a.m. & Thursdays 9:00 a.m. - 9:45 a.m.

Taiji Forms: Thursdays 9:45 a.m. - 10:30 a.m.

Niagara-on-the-Lake Community Centre Auditorium

Taiji Flow (beginner and all levels) - Improve your posture, balance, strength and flexibility while learning Taiji set to music. Memorizing routines is not required; go with the flow, mirror the instructor, and benefit from the whole-body movement of authentic Taiji and Qigong.

Taiji Forms (intermediate level only) - Learn set routines for health and fitness, such as the popular 24-Form, Cane-Form, Chen-8, and Sword-Form.  Add to your skills by learning more in-depth routines that challenge your memory, coordination and balance.
