The Town of Niagara-on-the-Lake has declared a State of Emergency to protect from the potential spread of COVID-19. Let's work together and take every necessary step to effectively reduce the potential for the spread of this virus in Niagara-on-the-Lake.
Anyone looking to report a business or individual(s) operating in contravention of Emergency Orders, can contact Niagara-on-the-Lake By-law Enforcement by email (, phone (905-468-3266), or online complaint form.
 DO NOT call 911 to report these concerns. After hours complaints or urgent issues can be reported by calling the Niagara Regional Police Services non-emergency line at 905-688-4111.
